About the role:
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Java + React) to join an international project in the banking sector, contributing to the design and development of high-quality, scalable applications in a modern, DevOps-driven environment.
Project & Work Conditions:
Client: Banking
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
Work within a cross-functional agile team following a DevOps-centric model
Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor applications across frontend and backend layers
Participate in code reviews (pull requests) to ensure quality and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders from different client divisions to understand business needs
Take part in planning, estimation, and feature refinement sessions
