Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer (Laravel) based in Islamabad. The Full Stack Developer will work on both front-end and back-end development using Laravel. Responsibilities include building and maintaining user-facing features, managing databases, ensuring high performance, and troubleshooting software issues.

In addition, the candidate will lead and manage a development team of 10–15 members, providing technical guidance, mentoring, task delegation, and performance oversight. The role also includes supervising projects across all technologies, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and cross-functional collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers. The ideal candidate must be capable of driving team efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring scalable, robust, and secure application delivery.
