Filmin is the leading streaming platform for film lovers in Spain and Portugal. Independent cinema, documentaries to understand the world, the most award-winning series, great classics from film history, and privileged access to the world’s most important film festivals.

The Role

We are looking for a Growth-focused Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our newly formed Growth team. Unlike a traditional product team that focuses on long-term feature roadmaps, your mission is to move fast, experiment, and drive revenue.

You will be the bridge between design and data, building high-converting landing pages, running A/B tests, and optimizing the user journey from curious visitor to paid subscriber.
