is building AI-native, production-grade agentic systems for talent acquisition. We operate live AI agents that interact with thousands of users semi-autonomously in real production environments.
We are looking for a senior contractor to help us ship features fast, increase engineering throughput, and work hands-on on AI agent systems already in production.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role. You will work directly with the founder and core engineering team.
What You Will Do
- Build and ship features across an AI-native product stack
- Design, implement, and improve agentic systems powered by LLMs
- Work with production AI agents handling real user interactions at scale
- Contribute across backend and frontend where needed
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to move fast from idea to production
- Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to maximize velocity
