Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Lima

SANY América Latina is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Lima to manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, administrative, and specialized roles. You will post openings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to keep processes moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, at least three years of recruitment experience, strong Excel skills, and upper-intermediate English.
