Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a client-focused accounting environment in Stuart, Florida. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who can independently oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, keep multiple sets of financial records organized, and deliver accurate reporting. The right candidate brings strong QuickBooks experience, a solid grasp of core accounting principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients while managing deadlines across several accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping activities for multiple client accounts, ensuring records remain accurate, current, and well organized.
• Prepare trial balances, record adjusting entries, and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
