Fulfilment Operations Supervisor

The Fulfilment Operations Supervisor is a hands‑on role responsible for the day‑to‑day running of Giftpro’s physical gift voucher fulfilment operation. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures that printed vouchers are produced, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time, Monday to Friday.

The role includes direct line management of one permanent team member and supervision of temporary staff during the festive peak period. This position plays a key role in maintaining Giftpro’s premium customer experience, particularly during the final six weeks of the year when volumes are highest.
