This includes the meticulous preparation of installation schedules and plans, ensuring that communication is timely and accurate across various internal departments and with external stakeholders. The role also entails overseeing and optimizing supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, proactively addressing potential issues, and supporting field teams, including fitters, involved in elevator and escalator installations.
