The Delivery Lead in the Fulfilment Team will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within an agile environment, focusing on order management systems (OMS) such as IBM Sterling. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards. The Delivery Lead will also drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
