Amazon is seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of 50–100 Amazon Associates in a Fulfillment Center. You will mentor, coach and remove obstacles to ensure safety, quality, attendance and engagement during shifts.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, driving KPI results, and coordinating lean initiatives with cross-functional teams. This role requires flexibility with weekends, nights, and holidays and offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.
