Fulfillment Coordinator

Role Overview:

This role supports the execution engine behind sequences, marketing mailer, events as well as other Sequence Center functions. It ensures materials, systems, and logistics are aligned seamlessly, with accurate data, timely shipments, and a fully prepared environment.

Key Functions:

Fulfillment & Mail Operations

• Prepare, package, and distribute sequence materials and physical mailers
• Print labels and coordinate daily outbound shipments
• Serve as point of contact for returned mail workflows as the process evolves

Systems & Task Execution

• Complete one-off operational tasks within NetSuite and Trello
• Maintain accuracy and follow-through across all assigned workflows

Event Logistics & Preparation

• Assemble registration folders for all events
