Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure correct items, quantities, and variants are selected
  • Pack items securely according to company standards
  • Print and attach shipping labels correctly
  • Prepare orders for daily courier collection
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of packing area
  • Perform basic stock replenishment
  • Support general store operations during lower order volume periods

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N-Level / O-Level
  • Able to understand and communicate in basic English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to perform packing tasks
  • Familiarity with Shopee/Shopee Mall/Lazada platforms is a plus
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions
