Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination. Able to follow set instructions and processes to complete work. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions. Has prior relevant training or related work experience. Has working knowledge and skills.







Accountabilities:

+ Responsible for managing the order process in an accurate and timely manner for customer contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, order functions including order review, order processing and account maintenance in accordance with established business rules and guidelines.

+ Responsible for driving and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
