Providing field technical support, resolve complex network faults, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure reliable fiber network performance.


What will you do:



  • Monitoring of faults reported by the Service Providers.

  • Close cooperation with internal departments within United Fiber, as well as external partners to restore high complexity issues within a strict SLA. 

  • Field technical support via Phone/e-mail for issues related to FTTC/FTTH technologies.
