Position Description

This role combines on-site supervision of direct support staff and site operations, with providing direct support to individuals with diverse abilities in a home and community setting. Team Leads act as a liaison between direct support staff and the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Providing support to staff via training, coaching and feedback to ensure we provide the highest quality supports and care to those we support.
  • Administrative responsibilities including documentation, management of finances, and ensuring compliance with company policies/procedures and licensing requirements.
  • Coordinating health and safety of individuals through medical appointments, guardian engagement, and at-home medical care.
