Reporting to the Project Centre Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Responsibilities
- To provide accurate estimates on projects in a timely manner.
- To support the development of relationships and promote high-level customer satisfaction through trust, service, and integrity .
- To participate in the development of products and services to improve profit and increase customer satisfaction.
- To be familiar with all lines of merchandise handled in the department.
- To place and be responsible for special orders with suppliers to fill customer requirements.
- To forward information regarding deliveries to the shipper.
- To be responsible for accurate billing of all merchandise sold by the employee.
