As a FT Coordinator, you will perform essential duties to support the finance function, including payroll, project invoicing, and overall project support. Working under supervision, you’ll provide comprehensive financial support to operational managers, with periodic reviews from your manager to verify project setup, data entry, and decision-making accuracy. You’ll report directly to the Project Accounting Lead and should bring 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role involving high-volume data entry. 

What would you be doing? 

  • Enter daily time records for employees and service providers as required by client contracts. 
  • Set up projects in our ERP ensuring accuracy while coding
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing billable/non-billable payables and employee expenses.
