Service Ambassador at Singapore's Neighbourhood Police Centres (NPCs) delivers friendly, efficient front-line service to visitors, guiding them to the right departments and assisting with digital services. You will uphold integrity, respect, and care while handling inquiries and basic complaints, with data protection in mind.

You will rotate across NPCs (Choa Chu Kang, Jurong West, Nanyang) and work shifts from 10:00 to 23:30 on weekdays and 10:00 to 16:00 on weekends, with off-days after every
