Responsibilities include providing medical, emotional, and behavioral support, engaging individuals in daily routines, and assisting with essential tasks. You will gain experience working with a variety of diagnoses, ensuring each client's unique plan is followed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to individuals in various settings
• Assist clients with daily routines and recreational activities
• Drive clients to appointments and scheduled activities
• Follow Individualized Behavioural Support Plans meticulously
• Maintain detailed client documentation and incident reports
