Sutherland is seeking proactive and committed professionals to support and maintain automobile dealer websites on the dealer eProcess platform. The role focuses on front‑end updates, CMS content changes, and ticket‑based enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform front‑end updates and content changes using HTML and CSS.
- Maintain and update websites built on WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Manage and resolve tasks through HubSpot or similar ticket‑ing tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely ticket closure.
- Use Python for basic scripting, automation, or efficiency improvements.
- Ensure quality, responsiveness, and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
- Availability to work on‑site at our Bogotá Americas facilities.
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress.
