Designing, realization and evaluation of AlInGaN based semiconductor chips
Special focus on innovative approaches towards high performance/high current LEDs
Development of novel or optimized process flows for chip manufacturing in strong cooperation with process development and manufacturing in global teams
Solving complex problems in design and process in a sustainable and systematic way
Deeply analyze and understand interactions between chip design and processes flow
Requirement
Degree/Masters/PhD in physics, optics, electrical engineering, material science or a related field
Professional experience in semiconductor industry > 8 years
Physical understanding of wafer fabrication processing techniques and tools
Profound knowledge in the field of Nitride LEDs and device physics
Broad experience in semiconductor frontend processes
High level of problem-solving competence, analytical thinking and creativity
Excellent communication and presentation skill...
