We cover Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic countries with a market share of about 20%. In total, we are 10,000 people out of which about 1,500 work in IT. We invest heavily in IT as we see it as one of the key ways for us to stay relevant in a very competitive market, enabling us to offer class-leading customer service. We have about 4 million customers and handle a total throughput of 2 million claims every year; we process 50% of all claims within the first 24hr after the customer has reported it to us.
