  • Verify the accuracy of the starting amount in the cash register
  • Greet customers
  • Take customer orders, make recommendations, and help them to make their choices  
  • Process payments
  • Answer the telephone
  • Apply the principles of suggestive selling
  • Provide quality customer service while complying with St-Hubert’s service standards and philosophy
  • Process payments made to delivery drivers
  • Portion foods in the kitchen, when required
  • Collaborate with your colleagues, if needed
  • Perform cleaning tasks as requested
  • Perform all other tasks requested by the Manager
