Front Reception

The Reception Volunteer serves as the first point of contact for visitors at Administration and Donations and all callers at Interfaith Food Bank. This role involves receiving and processing donations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth front desk operations.

• Answering the phone, transferring calls, and taking messages;
• Data entry, photocopying, mail outs, and other office support tasks.

Age Requirements

Must be 16 years old or above.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs.
• Computer Skills.

Schedule

• Commit to shift commitments listed below
  • Morning 8:30am-12:30pm or afternoon 12:30pm-4:00pm
