Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate will be placed in the Front Office department and will learn to perform the following tasks:

  • Welcome and assist guests
  • Support room assignments and check-in/check-out
  • Manage reservations
  • Provide information and assistance to customers
  • Handle phone calls
  • Support in managing guest requests and complaints
  • Complete basic administrative tasks and records
  • Communicate with other departments to meet guest needs
  • Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work in a team
