About the Role


The Front Office COE Consultant will be responsible for supporting Front Office Functions.


Responsibilities


  • Perform heath checks for applications/systems.
  • Support incidents/BAU fixes.
  • Support enhancements/change requests.
  • Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP.
  • Participate in DR and BCP activities.
  • Participate in Audit and yearly upgrades.
  • Support Onboarding of brokers/Liquidity providers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and develop detailed procedures.
  • Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.
  • Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes.
