How does your working day look like …

• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up
• You are the reference for the other colleagues during the shift: you inspire, motivate and give tips to the team in order to give the best service to guests keeping a positive environment among colleagues
• You make sure that the checklist is correctly fulfilled and assign tasks to the team
