What are my responsibilities?

We're seeking an individual with excellent hospitality skills and a passion for working with people to join us in the Front Desk position. Your main responsibilities will include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest feedback, managing cash transactions, and fulfilling guest requests. As a Front Desk Supervisor by Night, you will collaborate with the Front Office Manager and/or Front Office Night Manager to oversee Front Desk Clerks during your shift.
