Job Description
Job Purpose: The role of Front Office Manager involves the day-to-day management of all front office procedure i.e. guest check- ins and check-outs, balancing and handling of cash, and dealing with guest queries, and leading the reception team.
Job responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, genuine and personalized service to all guests in line with Hyatt's brand standards.
- Ensure a consistently high level of professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality at all times.
- Maximize bookings, upselling opportunities, and revenue across all Reception touchpoints.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through confident product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
- Conduct outreach to current and upcoming hotel guests to upsell experiences, including Retreat and other hotel offerings.
