- Guest Check-in & Check-out
- Front Desk Operations
- Reservation Management
- Handling Guest Queries & Complaints
- Coordination with Housekeeping & F&B Teams
- Maintaining Service Standards & SOPs
Responsibilities
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Hospitality
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of Hotel Management Software / PMS is a plus
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
