About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Check-in & Check-out
Front Desk Operations
Reservation Management
Handling Guest Queries & Complaints
Coordination with Housekeeping & F&B Teams
Maintaining Service Standards & SOPs

Responsibilities

0–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Hospitality
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge of Hotel Management Software / PMS is a plus
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Hospitality
