Job Summary
Lead, influence and coach the Food Studio/ Mirage team
Supervise and review daily operation to ensure a smooth work flow
Deliver quality Food & Beverage services to exceed guests’ expectations
Provide training to the team to deliver and ensure service excellence
Job Requirement
Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in renowned restaurants, preferably in a supervisory role
Service-oriented with good communications skills
Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Sound knowledge in Micros cashier procedures
