We are currently hiring a Front Office Executive on behalf of our client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a hotel front office environment, with a solid understanding of guest relations, reservations, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check -in and check -out procedures smoothly and professionally

  • Manage phone, email, and in -person reservations

  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly

  • Maintain the guest ledger and manage billing and payment processes

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
