Manage stationery inventory and distribution.
Oversee support services such as housekeeping, pantry, security, and courier services.
Ensure consumable stock and inventory are maintained properly.
Manage EPABX system and telephone line coordination.
Ensure phone lines are functional and handle bill payments.
