Job Summary

  • Lead, influence and coach the Food Studio/ Mirage team
  • Supervise and review daily operation to ensure a smooth work flow
  • Deliver quality Food & Beverage services to exceed guests’ expectations
  • Provide training to the team to deliver and ensure service excellence


Job Requirement

  • Diploma or above in Hotel and Catering Operations or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in renowned restaurants, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Service-oriented with good communications skills
  • Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Sound knowledge in Micros cashier procedures
