Role Overview The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing the reception desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front office. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to provide a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, employees, and clients. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization. Manage the front desk and telephone switchboard operations, including answering calls, routing them to appropriate departments, and placing outgoing calls when required.
