About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in & Check-out
  • Front Desk Operations
  • Reservation Management
  • Handling Guest Queries & Complaints
  • Coordination with Housekeeping & F&B Teams
  • Maintaining Service Standards & SOPs

Responsibilities

  • 0–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations / Hospitality
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of Hotel Management Software / PMS is a plus
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
