  • Being Surveillance of Network(Shift work).
  • Handling Alarm Monitoring, filtering, and analysis.
  • Handling 1st-level troubleshooting.
  • Reporting.
  • Working order dispatch and follow up till being closed.

    • Job Requirements

  • Strong and motivated, responsible, and initiative personality.
  • Customer-focused and good communication skills.
  • Well communicated in English.
  • Availability to work in shifts.
  • Theoretical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Network Architecture.
  • Theoretical knowledge of transmission types (Microwave, Optical Fiber, copper cables).
