Role summary:
The Front Office Coordinator ensures the smooth running of the office, manages facilities, supports management and employees, and oversees operational, administrative, and security processes.
The role includes strategic and operational responsibility for facility management, HSE coordination, supplier and cost management, and leading improvement initiatives across the entire company.
Your role:
Ensuring the day-to-day running of the office – from reception and security management to maintenance and supplier services.
Reviews, verifies, and approval of all invoices in SAP prior to payment
Coordinating facility management and administration of company premises (maintenance, repairs, cleaning, vehicle fleet).
Supporting company management and providing administrative assistance to the General Manager.
