Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in person and by phone
  • Manage appointments, check-ins/check-outs, and scheduling
  • Answer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence
  • Process payments, invoices, or forms as needed
  • Support office staff with general clerical duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ortigas Post Office 1605 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
