Job Summary

The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests. The role ensures smooth check-in and check-out processes, accurate reservations handling, and excellent guest experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests courteously at all times
  • Handle check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest inquiries
  • Manage reservations via phone, email, and walk-in guests
  • Maintain accurate guest records, folios, and daily transactions
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room availability and readiness
  • Handle cash, billing, and ensure accurate shift handovers
  • Upsell room categories, promotions, and hotel services when applicable
  • Answer and manage telephone calls according to hotel standards
