Mangrove Place Siquijor is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in and check-out processes, and an excellent overall guest experience while supporting daily front office operations in a small-resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Handle room reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about rooms, services, and resort amenities
  • Process guest payments, billing, and cashiering transactions accurately
