Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible for attending front office services to Hotel guests and patrons.
- Responsible for receiving cash and bill payments from customers
- Provide quality and accurate information regarding inquiries about the Hotel
- Monitor Hotel occupancy
- Assist Front Office Supervisor in the full delivery of services
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS HRM, Tourism or any related
- At least 1-year experience as Guest Service Associate or Front Office related work is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Computer literate
- Customer service oriented
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone communication
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Willing to work graveyard shifts
- Willing to work on holidays
- Can work with less supervision
- Can start immediately
