Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for attending front office services to Hotel guests and patrons.
  • Responsible for receiving cash and bill payments from customers
  • Provide quality and accurate information regarding inquiries about the Hotel
  • Monitor Hotel occupancy
  • Assist Front Office Supervisor in the full delivery of services

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS HRM, Tourism or any related
  • At least 1-year experience as Guest Service Associate or Front Office related work is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service oriented
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills including telephone communication
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willing to work graveyard shifts
  • Willing to work on holidays
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Can start immediately
