Job Description
Responsibilities Assist with daily front office operations, including reception and answering calls Handle guest enquiries and assist with accommodation bookings, check‑ins, and check‑outs Provide administrative support to the Events Coordinator Help coordinate guest logistics for events and functions Support the management of accommodation on the estate Assist in supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring rooms are prepared to standard Maintain accurate booking records and general admin duties Support day‑to‑day operational needs as the accommodation offering expands Qualifications Qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, or administrative role Strong organisational and administrative skills Good communication and customer service skills Professional and well‑presented Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to work a 45‑hour week, including occasional Saturdays #J-18808-Ljbffr
