Job Summary:
Directly supervise all front office personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties. Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas. Prepare monthly reports and budgets for the front office department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Training, cross -training, and retraining all front office personnel, participating in interviewing and selection processes, scheduling staff, and evaluating job performance.
