On the Rocks Hotel, member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, located in Imerovigli, Santorini is looking for a warm, welcoming and professional FRONT OFFICE AGENT to join our team. As part of the role, you will have to engage with our guests from pre-arrival, during their stay and post departure. You will be the first point of contact aiming to provide unparalleled hosting service.

The specifics of the role

  • Welcome all guests in a helpful and friendly manner. Register arriving guests according to procedures
  • Assist guests with requests, giving suggestions and information about the island
  • Update reservations with any details that will ensure the smoothest operation of our departments
  • Enhancing team spirit and has can-do attitude
