Job Description
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing/activating room keys.
- Handle all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit.
- Process guest check-outs, resolving late or disputed charges as needed.
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for guest check-in.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatch bell or valet staff as necessary.
- Provide guests with directions and information about property amenities and local attractions.
- Run daily reports on arrivals, departures, and special requests; verify report accuracy.
- Complete cashier duties, including balancing bank and closing reports in compliance with Accounting procedures.
