  • Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Manage mail, packages, and appointments.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
  • Maintain a neat reception area.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum one year of working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
