  • Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
  • Manage mail, packages, and appointments
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Maintain a neat reception area
  • Requirements

  • Minimum one year of working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
  • Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
