Okupa is currently seeking to recruit for the position of the:

Front Office Agent

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant position.
  • General education degree or international equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS and computer applications - software programs.
  • Additional language would be considered an extra asset.
  • Follow all relevant Health & Safety department regulations.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts including nights.
